It’s joint development between clients and QUAL. The ownership of the intellectual property depends on the agreement between clients and QUAL.

No,as we are OEM manufacture,it is unnecessary to do CE FCC for the netural devcie, cause customre woul like to show their brand info on the certificate, so if customre need those certificate, we can gurentee that our device can pass the related test. And we can also assist you to provide the related test report

First time cooperation: need to charge customization fee.
For old customer: Depends on what kind of customization, and we can share our cost as our support.
